Cosmetics Regulatory Coverage

Cosmetics Regulatory Coverage

Published scope, reviewed by capability

Available means that the specified capability is open for the stated integrated rules. It does not mean complete coverage of every requirement in that market, or availability under every account entitlement.

This record currently confirms China and the EU. Canada, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and other candidate markets have not completed this public evidence review. Their omission does not establish either support or non-support; consult RegWise for the specific dataset and capability.

Partial Coverage identifies a verified subset; In Development requires a confirmed development status; Not Available requires confirmed non-availability. Unverified candidates are not assigned any of these states.

What still needs human assessment

China

Limited to the entries and conditions integrated in RegWise. Novel-ingredient applicability, safety assessment, claims, registration/filing and rules outside that scope need professional review.

European Union

A CosIng listing is not permission to use an ingredient. Review does not replace a complete CPSR, PIF, responsible-person assessment, CPNP notification or checks of current amendments and transition dates.

A formula review is a scoped screening result, not regulatory approval, legal advice or market authorization. A source link identifies the official framework; it does not certify that every subsequent amendment has been integrated.
