This hub does not give a context-free “allowed” or “not allowed” answer. It shows the evidence needed to support a scoped decision.
An ingredient decision must preserve the full evidence chain
One name may map to different identities, and one ingredient may be governed differently across markets. A review must retain the INCI or supplied name, synonyms, target jurisdiction, product use, concentration or other conditions, and the source version used.
Resolve identity
Normalize INCI, CAS or supplier names and keep unresolved synonyms or identity differences visible.
Match the market rule
Read prohibitions, restrictions, positive lists or other applicable rules for the selected jurisdiction.
Retain conditions and sources
Record product scope, use conditions, source version and locator so the decision can be reproduced.
Ingredient and formula content that passed the evidence gate
A practical explanation of the evidence chain behind an ingredient decision.
