Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, service request, or order, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, contact details, target market, product or service request, order details, and supporting notes.

To keep the website operating safely, our systems may also log technical information such as visit time, request path, browser type, and error logs.

Anonymous Usage Analytics

To understand whether newly released website functions work correctly and which entry points are actually useful, we record page paths, feature flags, UTM sources, anonymous error fingerprints, runtime environment, and release version. These analytics do not include your name, phone number, email address, IP address, URL query values, or the raw referrer page.

Anonymous identifiers are stored for up to 180 days. Session identifiers roll for 30 minutes after activity. Opt-out status is stored for one year. If you opt out, the website stops future anonymous analytics and sends a deletion request for data linked to that anonymous identifier.

Google Analytics is optional and does not load by default. Only after you give permission may the site send page paths and feature events to Google. Inquiry and order form content is not sent. Disabling anonymous analytics also revokes this permission.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information only to respond to inquiries, assess service scope, process orders, confirm payment and delivery arrangements, maintain service records, and protect the security of the website and business systems.

Business Email and Interaction Signals

Where local law permits and we have documented an applicable legal basis, we may obtain a company name, a public business email, and relevant business information from company websites, other public professional sources, or prior business communications. We use this information to assess and send relevant EasyComply product information, handle replies, and honor objections. A public email address or B2B status alone does not establish permission to contact. We pause outreach when the source or legal basis cannot be supported.

After the required privacy notice and outreach checks, a business email may contain a 1×1 image and a message-specific link. An image request only means an image load was detected; mail proxies, preloading, and security scanners can cause false signals, so it does not prove that the recipient read the message. Clicks can also be generated by security scanners. We do not treat these signals as confirmed personal activity, and we do not retain raw IP addresses or device fingerprints. Tracking events contain only a random-token hash, campaign, event type, time, and an automated-access classification, and are kept for no more than 90 days.

Reply to the email to ask us to stop contacting you. You may also request access, correction, or deletion through business@synhorizontech.com or our contact page. We will stop further outreach promptly and delete identifiable tracking events after validating a request. We may retain the minimum suppression record needed to prevent future messages.

Storage and Protection

Information is stored in business systems that are necessary for client communication, order handling, and service delivery. We apply reasonable access control and security measures and delete or anonymize information when the purpose ends or the required retention period expires.

Sharing Boundaries

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when needed to deliver the services you requested, when working with entrusted technical providers, when required by law, or when you have given authorization.

Your Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, and you may withdraw consent. Exceptions apply where laws require retention or where information is needed to perform a contract or keep transaction records.

Contact Us

If you have questions about this policy or how we handle personal information, please submit a request through the website contact page. We will review identity where needed and respond within a reasonable period.

This policy takes effect on October 23, 2026. Material updates will be published on this page.
